With over 450 km of exceptionally groomed trails open for the 2020 -2021 season, snowmobiling is a great winter pastime in the Pontiac. Check out the Federation of Snowmobile Clubs of Quebec website for trail passes and conditions. The Federation offers free access to the trail during their open house weekend on January 16 and 17, 2021.
Escapade Huskimo
The thrill of the Arctic and one of the greatest winter experiences is ready for you to try at Escapade Huskimo in Otter Lake. They offer long and short runs for adventure lovers of all ages. You can also enjoy snowshoeing or take a trip down their tobogganing hill.
Ice Skating
Patinage en Foret has perfected the ice skating trail trend. Discover the enchanting site in Wolf Lake. The 3km trail winds through the forest protecting skaters from the wind where they can enjoy the natural beauty of the beautiful forest.
Ski Pontiac
Ski Pontiac has over 10 kms of groomed and tracked trails. From their home base at Pine Lodge, outdoor enthusiasts can rent skis or snowshoes to enjoy the trails.
Light up the Night
Visit the Chutes Coulonge for their Light up the Night celebration Saturday and Sunday nights during the month of December. Take a walk through the historical walking trail and relax by the bonfire with a mug of hot chocolate.
